Job Description

Within the IT department of Natixis BPCE-SI, in Distribution et Data:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. A strong background in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization is required. Work closely with various departments to gather data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Data Collection and Management:
• Gather and clean data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external APIs.
• Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Use statistical techniques to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Reporting:
Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
Prepare visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate complex data in an understandable format.

• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and provide support.
• Collaborate with data engineers and other IT staff to improve data collection and processing methods.
• Business Insights:
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive business strategies and improve performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress towards goals.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL,
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling techniques is a plus.
• Must be french-speaker, at least C1
