In this Role, you’ll get to
Raise the quality of English to Italian machine translations (LLM) by: 

• Carrying out linguistic and contextual accuracy checks on the machine translations 
• Marking out all errors in the machine translations, and correctly categorizing each error by severity level and error type 
• Analyzing the root cause of each error 
• Fixing the errors 
• Collaborating with the tech team to find solutions for errors that cannot be fixed by the LLM trainer alone 
• Identifying opportunities to improve quality/efficiency through new tools or process optimizations 

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Native Italian speaker with excellent English skills 
• Minimum two years relevant post-graduation work experience in translation 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Degree in translation or linguistics 
• Experience with English to Italian MTPE work 
• Understanding of basic AI concepts 
• Experience working within the travel industry
