IT Specialist - Agency Worker

As an IT Specialist in our Rome office, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure. This hands-on role combines daily technical support with strategic project management to enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation, including the end-to-end management of all company IT assets.
Main Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Management: Ensure the seamless and efficient operation of all internal IT systems, from hardware to networks. This includes regular performance monitoring, upgrades, and capacity planning.
- System Maintenance and Support: Conduct proactive system maintenance and provide expert troubleshooting to resolve technical issues swiftly. You will play a vital role in identifying pain points and contributing to long-term digital transformation initiatives.
- Process Automation: Lead the research, assessment, and deployment of automation tools and solutions to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency within our IT environment.
- IT Asset Management: Take ownership of the entire IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, routine maintenance, and end-of-life disposal in compliance with company policy.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with IT system management, strong networking skills, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity and cloud platforms.
- Educational Background & Experience: A degree in IT or a related field is required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Italian is highly preferred.
