The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on People Partner to strengthen our culture across the UK and international offices. You’ll work closely with managers to coach and support them in getting the best from their teams, while also embedding our people processes day-to-day. You’ll partner with the EU-based People Partner and a UK People Advisor, ensuring a consistent and connected approach to people matters across all our regions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, improving cultural engagement, and helping managers feel confident in leading their teams.

Key Responsibilities

Cultural Development & Engagement

Drive cultural initiatives that foster collaboration, engagement, and alignment with EVORA’s values.

Spot opportunities to improve how teams connect and work together across offices and regions.

Support initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, and wellbeing.

Manager Coaching & Support

Act as a coach and advisor to managers on performance, development, and team success.

Build manager capability in handling people matters confidently and effectively.

Support managers in using performance management and feedback processes to drive growth and impact.

Operational Hr Support

Provide HR support across the UK and international offices, ensuring compliance with local laws and practices.

Partner with the EU People Partner to ensure aligned approaches across European markets.

Work with the UK People Advisor to deliver consistent and effective day-to-day support.

Manage operational activities including onboarding, contracts, probation reviews, and compliance.

Process & Policy Improvements

Help refine and embed people processes across offices, making them consistent and scalable.

Contribute to improvements in appraisals, development frameworks, and engagement initiatives.

Support the roll-out of people initiatives to ensure they are adopted by managers and teams.

About You

Experience in a generalist HR role (People Partner, HR Advisor, or HR Manager), ideally with international exposure.

Skilled at coaching and supporting managers to get the best from their teams.

Passionate about building and improving workplace culture and engagement.

Comfortable managing HR operations and balancing multiple stakeholders across countries.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law; familiarity with European markets is desirable.
