Avenga is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support business analysis, documentation, and client system integrations. This junior-level role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in fintech.

You will work closely with Operations, Product, and R&D teams, as well as external clients and partners, to gather requirements, create documentation, test system enhancements, and support integration projects. This position offers excellent opportunities to develop both technical and business skills while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

This Is You

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Systems, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Early-career professional (1–3 years of relevant experience).
• Excellent English communication skills (upper intermediate or advanced) — ability to clearly and precisely express complex concepts.
• Strong writing and documentation skills with great attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of data concepts and reporting/visualization (Power BI, Excel).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong interest in business analysis, process improvement, and data visualization.
• Results-driven, reliable, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable working with extensive terminology and documentation.

This is your role

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business-line requirements.
• Prepare clear documentation, including specifications, workflow diagrams, data definitions, and process maps.
• Develop Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and technical specifications for client and partner integrations.
• Support system enhancement efforts by drafting test scripts and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create reports and dashboards in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate integration projects and maintain implementation roadmaps.
• Provide documentation and training support for internal operations teams.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to ensure smooth delivery of new features and integrations.
