Job Description & Summary

This role combines regional finance transformation project support with Regional Headquarter finance operations. The Senior Finance Associate will play a dual part in driving strategic initiatives that modernize finance processes, while also ensuring the accuracy and compliance of day-to-day financial operations for the regional headquarter entity in KSA. This role is well-suited for a finance professional with both analytical and execution skills, eager to develop in a multinational, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Transformation (Projects & Change Support)

• Support the Finance Transformation team in delivering projects covering process improvement, systems enhancement, and operating model design.
• Assist in project planning, tracking deliverables, risks, and milestones.
• Contribute to documentation, governance, and reporting for transformation projects.
• Support change management initiatives and adoption of new finance tools/processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and business functions to ensure alignment and value-driven outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and efficiency improvements in finance processes.
• Participate actively in training and development to grow technical and project skills.

Country Finance Operations (Entity Support)

• Post accounting journal entries, accruals, and adjustments; perform reconciliations.
• Support the month-end and year-end close process.
• Prepare data for tax declarations and ensure compliance with local tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in payroll coordination with HR and external providers.
• Track petty cash and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare cost allocations across the region based on transfer pricing methodologies
• Coordinate with shared services and regional finance teams to resolve queries and ensure consistent reporting.
• Provide accurate financial data and insights to support management decisions.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the reporting line finance Manager
