Responsibilities

• Coordinating work of narrative producers team.
• Working closely and supporting narrative teams leadership.
• Planning and managing narrative game production, verifying estimates, verifying work and reporting.
• Overseeing team’s backlog, sprints and timetable (keeping jira up to date).
• Managing tasks and priorities in narrative production team.
• Managing the team and ensuring smooth internal communication.
• Solving current issues, looking for new solutions.
• Taking care of timely task realization.
• Managing project changes.
• Optimizing current production pipelines.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience on a producer role in AA/AAA gaming industry with at least 1 year of experience on a production coordination position.
• Knowledge of management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, LeSS etc.)
• Fluent English.
• Ability to independently solve problems and to work with multiple teams at the same time.
• Responsibility, diligence, ability to plan ahead.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a group.

Nice To Have

• Unreal Engine 5 familiarity.
• Degree in Management studies.
