Essential Functions Include:

• Ability to work with knives properly.   
• Prepares meals in accordance with planned menus. Including basic sauces, dressings, and marinades. 
• Prepare and portion ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring, and organizing food items for daily service.  
• Ensure consistency and quality by following recipes and kitchen standards.  

Sunset is unveiling its new 725 Grille and have a few new opportunities available:

•  Prep Cook roles that will be part time at 23 hours per week. The shift time will be from 11 am - 5:30 pm.

Scheduling will include working every other weekend which includes Saturdays and Sundays. This position has a holiday requirement of every other holiday.

Wage: starting at $15-$18 per hour *Experience considered

Requirements

Food experience in healthcare a plus.

Serv-Safe Certified Preferred.
