Senior Manager, ESG GRI Reporting.MGN Pak - ESG.Environment Social Governance-MGNPAK

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage the organization’s sustainability reporting processes, ensuring accurate and transparent disclosure of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance. This role will be responsible for overseeing the data collection, analysis, and reporting aligned with leading sustainability frameworks, including GRI and awareness about other reporting frameworks (ISSB,SASB,CDP etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG principles, sustainability reporting methodologies, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Sustainability Reporting Management:

• Manage the organization's sustainability reporting process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting in alignment with relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI,DFM).
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all sustainability reports and disclosures.
• Develop and maintain processes for efficient data collection, validation, and documentation.
• Stay abreast of evolving sustainability reporting standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Identify and implement improvements to the reporting process to enhance efficiency, quality, and stakeholder engagement.

• Data Collection & Analysis:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments (e.g., corporate affairs, finance, PICG) to gather necessary ESG data.
• Develop and implement data collection templates, guidelines, and training for relevant departments.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity.
• Use data analytics tools to produce meaningful reports and insights.

• GRI and Other Framework Implementation:

• Ensure compliance with the GRI Standards,DFM guidelines and other applicable reporting frameworks.
• Manage the materiality assessment process to identify the most relevant ESG issues for the organization.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop appropriate performance indicators and targets related to key ESG issues.
• Contribute to the preparation of GRI-compliant sustainability reports and disclosures.
• Analyze and stay up to date with new developments within GRI and other sustainability frameworks.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Support the company’s communication and engagement strategy with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, employees, and communities related to ESG reporting.
• Contribute to the development of investor presentations and responses to ESG-related inquiries.
• Support the integration of sustainability reporting into overall communications and marketing strategy.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Research and evaluate potential improvements to our sustainability reporting practices.
• Evaluate new reporting frameworks and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to implement new initiatives and projects related to ESG performance and reporting.
• Monitor trends in industry best practice and regulation.
• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG, corporate social responsibility, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability reporting processes and preparing sustainability reports.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple time zones to coordinate with global teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with GRI Standards and other sustainability reporting frameworks.
• Experience with sustainability reporting software and tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization software.
• Experience in financial analysis and accounting.
• Certification related to sustainability reporting (e.g., GRI Certification).
