What You’Ll Do As Our Internal Recruiter, You Will Own The Full Recruitment Lifecycle.

You’Ll Be Responsible For:

Writing Compelling Job Adverts And Job Descriptions Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Candidates Coordinating And Managing The Hiring Process End-To-End

Onboarding New Hires (From Job Offer Through To Integration)

Working With Hiring Managers To Understand Needs, Provide Market Insight And Help With Resourcing Strategy

Maintaining Candidate Pipelines, Tracking Recruitment Metrics, And Improving Our Hiring Workflows

Ensuring An Excellent Candidate Experience Throughout

What We’Re Looking For Solid Experience In Recruitment, Ideally In A Small Or Growing Business

Strong Knowledge Of Sourcing Techniques, Interview Best Practices, And Selection Methods

Excellent Communication And Organisation Skills; Able To Work Independently Proactive, Energetic, And Resourceful

Must Be Able To Commute To Burgess Hill; Able To Work On-Site

What We Offer

• Competitive salary and benefits package.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Flexibility may be required during busy periods.
• Annual Leave: 23 days plus bank holidays.
• Company Pension: Available after probation (Employer pays 3%, Employee minimum 3% contribution).
