About Job

Centific is seeking a strategic and technically proficient Enterprise Business Application Manager to lead the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise-wide business applications. This role is central to executing Centific’s vision of human-centric, AI-powered digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on aligning technology platforms to business logic, stakeholder needs, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Strategic Alignment

• Translate Centific’s vision of bridging humans, businesses, and technology into actionable enterprise application strategies.
• Collaborate with business units to define application roadmaps that drive operational excellence and digital innovation.

🔹 Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Model business logic into scalable application features and enhancements.
• Ensure applications reflect the Voice of Business (VOB) and Voice of Customer (VOC).

🔹 Application Development & Support

• Oversee development, configuration, integration, and support of enterprise applications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Workday).
• Drive continuous improvement through Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance.

🔹 Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, analysts, and support engineers.
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth aligned with Centific’s Global Framework.

🔹 Governance & Optimization

• Ensure applications meet Centific’s security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Leverage analytics to monitor utilization, performance, and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application management, including ERP, HRIS, CRM platforms.
• Proven experience with platforms such as Dynamics 365, Workday, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, operations, and sales.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Passion for building or enabling agentic AI applications—systems that autonomously plan, reason, and act to support business workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of data governance, integration frameworks, and API ecosystems.
• Certifications in PMP, ITIL, or relevant enterprise application platforms.
