Key Responsibilities:

Analyse AMC claim data to identify trends, cost drivers, and anomalies. 

AMC Claim Adjudication & Audit. 

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time claim monitoring and reporting. 

Support AMC claim cost optimization by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements. 

Assist in claim adjudication by providing data-backed validations and insights. 

Collaborate with service, finance, and technical teams to streamline AMC processes and reduce fraudulent or invalid claims.

THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH 

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL). 

Experience in claims management or service operations preferred. 

Understanding of AMC lifecycle and cost structures. 

Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

Customer Service Background would be preferred.
