Job Description:

• Responsible for all marketing, project execution, pricing, book building, pricing and allocation related to departmental products (including but not limited to IPO, refinancing, rights issue and convertible products)
• Guide team members to complete project execution tasks
• Build and improve investor coverage, including wealth funds, long-term investors and hedge funds, insurance companies, and family offices
• Assist corporate team members in the marketing and sales activities
• Demonstrate professionalism in work, taking into account legal, ethical and risk control principles while conducting business, and flexibly adapt to changes in working methods and business entry points; maintain consistent business standards even in difficult environments

Qualification:

• Master’s degree holder from business/ related disciplines
• Over 8 years of experience in the equity financing market, and investment/sales experience in related industries
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus
• Able to lead a team, motivating and influencing all employees through leadership and communication
• In-depth understanding of the product and industry, with a clear understanding of market trends, key drivers, relevant players, and key financial indicators
• Strong Chinese and English language skills, as well as strong social and communication skills
