As a Team Leader, you will oversee our food and beverage team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality offerings that enhance the guest experience. What You Will Do?

• Lead, inspire, train and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
• Provide hands-on service, showcasing your barista and bartending skills across bar and dining areas
• Ensure all service areas are set up, maintained and guest-ready at all times
• Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
• Drive sales by leading upselling strategies and executing promotional initiatives
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

More About You

• Hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
• Approved Manager Card
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• Food Safety certificate
• Skilled in bar operations, including cocktail preparation
• Well versed in coffee making or with barista experience
