At Pasiona we are looking for a Scrum Master to support 1 to 3 eCommerce development teams, fostering an agile culture and facilitating the continuous delivery of value.

Requisitos MíNimos

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement within the team.
• Drive the adoption of agile practices and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maximize delivered value.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in fast-paced environments and matrix organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Previous experience in eCommerce projects is highly valued.
