Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director to lead the FP&A function and the group FP&A team. In this role, you will be responsible for business planning and reporting that support the overall business objectives and drive financial growth. You will be expected to partner with senior leadership and the local teams to provide actionable insights, drive performance, and ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals. You will be reporting to the group CFO.

Skills Requested

Technical Skills

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial tools (e.g., Microsoft D365, Power BI).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Soft Skills & Cultural Fit

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
