Job Description

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Assistant Manager

Job Purpose:

As an ERM part of a successful and growing international team, you will report to the Director of Team. With a well-established global network and strong reputation, this job opportunity will allow you to develop a career within our fast growing international Bank.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

The key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Reshape the IRRBB-CSRBB framework of which the development of the capability to project different metrics in order to optimize the PL under the regulatory constraints of which EVE/NII/CSRBB. It allows to enhance the ALM framework and give insights to the 1LOD to develop in medium and long-term businesses. It also include the automatization of the approaches and  tools through Python and other languages
  • Reshape of the Risk Identification process to align with supervisor requirements (SREP) as mentioned in CSSF circular on Pillar II matters
  • Review the RAS framework in order to address the OSI-Governance recommendations
  • Reshape the ICLAAP/Recovery Plan/ad-hoc projections of the different RAS metrics and develop the scenarios / and remedial actions assessments. Integrate the approaches and tools to allow the Bank strategy deployments, optimizing the trade-off risk and returns
  • In order to address some of the supervisor requests (OSI-Governance, SREP), review the RAS Pillar ECAP metrics (including the modelling side)
  • Ensure the Pillar 3 report production including the new EBA requirements
  • Set up a data governance framework and deploying the afferent reports covering RMD-CMD and FMD matters

Qualifications

Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Education Background: Master in Quantitative Finance, Statistics and/or Econometric subjects, Master in Science, Mathematics or PhD in these matters
  • Certificate requirement: All certificates linked to Finance/Econometrical matters are considered as an advantage
  • Working experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in banking or financial services is an asset
  • Hard IT skills: Python, SAS, VBA, Matlab, R, Business Intelligence & Data Management tools
  • Language: Fluent in English, knowledge of Chinese or French is an additional advantage
