Position Summary
For our Nike team we are looking for an energetic, self-starter who is confident and passionate about sports and/or the Nike brand. In this role you'll be responsible for world class innovation in OOH and it's integration into CFoP planning. This includes strategy, ideation, technical activation and partner relations.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Briefings
Attending and connecting with key stakeholders on priority briefing sessions
Strategy, Brainstorming & Ideation
- Work on creative strategic insights and opportunities from the briefs
- Host Brainstorms
- Connect ideation with local partners, local city teams and build up creative RTBs to form part of CD responses or standalone briefs
Technical Partner Knowledge and Relations
- Build large EMEA network of top-quality partners and relations in the developing landscape
- Have experience and technical knowledge to implement ideas and translate strategies and concepts into actionable activations locally
Innovation Activation and Project Management
- Develop concepts, seek Nike stakeholder approvals and manage projects through to implementation
Nike Inspiration & Creative Agency Integration
- Host creative inspiration sessions - there are several stakeholders, but this can be internal, Nike BC or Nike IM
- Develop and build weekly working relationships with Nikes key creative agencies - cross share RTB's and work together to elevate concepts and work into campaigns
Desired Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years in an innovation / experience-based role (production house, media/creative agency, brand or creative event production)
- Passionate, experienced and knowledgeable on how to ideate, collaborate and bring best in class OOH experiences and innovation to EMEA.
- True out of the box ambition, ideas and executional know how for real world executions and brand experiences - making the impossible, possible and bringing concepts through to execution for the most exciting brand concepts at Nike.
- Master at presentations & presenting, communicating & client service, stakeholder management and project management.
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic team culture.
