We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are eager to grow into future leadership positions within our company. Through structured training, hands-on project experience, and one-on-one mentorship, the trainee will gain in-depth knowledge of organizational leadership, client communication, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in leadership development workshops, training sessions, and strategic meetings.
  • Assist senior managers with planning, operations, and project coordination.
  • Support internal communications and contribute to organizational improvement initiatives.
  • Observe and learn leadership techniques, decision-making processes, and team dynamics.
  • Take part in cross-functional team projects to understand business functions and workflows.
  • Present insights, reports, and feedback to department leads as part of your development path.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with team members, partners, and clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Leadership, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interest in leadership, organizational growth, or strategic development.
  • Competitive salary: $65,000 – $69,000 annually
