Reboot Staff is seeking a Business Development Assistant to support our business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Support outreach efforts to potential clients and partners through email and phone communication
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the Business Development team
- Monitor business development metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align growth strategies
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in a business development, sales support, or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A proactive and professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
