Reboot Staff is seeking a skilled and proactive Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting ongoing success across client partnerships. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service delivery
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively
  • Prepare reports and conduct regular client meetings
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and client feedback to develop strategic improvements
  • Problem-solving mindset and conflict-resolution capabilities
  • Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude
  • Competitive salary: $58,000 – $61,000 per year
