We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Account Representative to join our Boston-based team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage account activities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering client success through clear communication and proactive support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure clients’ needs are met promptly.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution.
  • Monitor account performance, address client inquiries, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activity.
  • Prepare reports and participate in client review meetings.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
