Our Consumer & Marketing Insights (CMI) Department enables clients to make data driven decisions to help them grow. And how do we do that? By listening to their needs, establishing research strategies, and providing them with relevant insights and recommendations, while keeping the time investment for our clients at a low level by supporting them in all their decision making.
Job Description
We are looking for a person that is passionate about all aspects of (market) research and throws themselves completely in performing a project from beginning to end. You understand what our clients require insights on and perform just the right analyses to deliver clear action points to them. You do so in collaboration with other team members throughout the company.
The main expected performance is about :
- Running the project smoothly, from the questionnaire updates and quality checks on the scripted program, quotas follow ups during study fieldwork, material preparation for the research, data weightings validation and quality controls, report template preparation, and up to coordination with report charting and direct charting;
- Coordinating the involvement of the internal teams (Project Management, Marketing Science, IT Development...);
- Being a daily contact point with the research directors and consultants.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field;
- Full international mindset, fluency in English;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and very dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication skills as well as data expertise and rigor;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint usage and affinity;
- Be up-to-date with market trends and best practices in marketing;
- Natural positiveness, openness, while being people-caring;
- Eagerness to learn and to develop aptitude on advanced market research topics & projects.

- Integrating a multi-cultural team dispatched across Germany, France, Belgium and Portugal
- Being part of one of the core projects at NIQ, by being involved in a global Brand Tracking Study iterated across 30 countries and with transversal investigations
