Responsibilities

The Junior Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting business stakeholders by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data across various systems. You will work closely with team members and cross-functional partners to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and actionable for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets.
• Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Excel.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into datasets, queries, and reports.
• Assist with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting, identifying anomalies and resolving issues.
• Document processes, queries, and reporting standards to maintain knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline data workflows and reporting practices.

Qualifications

Education & Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent academic/work experience.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and data structures.
• Ability to write SQL queries to explore and manipulate data.
• Exposure to reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Excel dashboards).
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL/data integration concepts.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
