Position Summary:

Druva is seeking a dynamic, growth-minded MSP Sales Director to lead the expansion of our fast-growing MSP business in the Americas. This role will own the regional go-to-market execution across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM, driving revenue growth by acquiring new strategic MSPs and scaling existing relationships. You’ll lead a high-impact team focused on activating, enabling, and expanding our Managed Services Partner base with a strong focus on consumption-based SaaS sales.

This leader will play a critical role in aligning cross-functional execution between partner specialists, consulting engineers, direct field teams, and global operations to establish Druva as the preferred SaaS Data Protection platform for MSPs across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Sales Execution

  • Build, lead, and scale a team of MSP Partner Executives and Consultants across the Americas.
  • Own quarterly bookings and consumption targets for the Americas MSP business, with full accountability for pipeline generation, partner activation, and revenue realization.
  • Guide strategic planning for top MSP partners, establishing account plans, revenue forecasts, and joint go-to-market goals.
  • Partner with Field Sales, Channel, and SE leadership to drive new workload adoption, workload expansion, and partner-aligned co-selling motions.

Msp Acquisition & Growth

  • Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential Tier 1 and Tier 2 MSPs aligned to target use cases and verticals.
  • Drive joint business planning, service offering creation, and monetization strategies with strategic MSP partners.
  • Oversee pricing negotiations, enablement programs, and tooling required for MSP launch success.

Operational Enablement & Process Maturity

  • Ensure successful execution of the MSP activation and onboarding motion, including workshops, architecture support, financial modeling, and proof-of-concept validation.
  • Guide partners through integration of Druva into their internal systems (billing, CRM, provisioning, etc.).
  • Continuously improve partner engagement processes, tools, and assets—reducing time to revenue and increasing team productivity.

Field Collaboration & Advocacy

  • Act as the senior leader for all MSP partner sales activity in the Americas—supporting key sales pursuits, executive engagements, and escalations.
  • Champion MSP feedback internally to influence product roadmap, go-to-market priorities, and partner support improvements.
  • Represent Druva at MSP industry forums, partner summits, and regional events as a thought leader and strategic advisor.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Required Experience:

  • 9+ years of experience in SaaS or Cloud sales leadership, with at least 3 years in a Managed Services environment.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performance, cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in selling through and to Managed Service Providers.
  • Deep understanding of partner-led go-to-market models, including consumption-based pricing, service design, and multi-tenant environments.

  • Hybrid or remote flexibility, with 40-50% travel expected to MSP partners, industry events, and internal leadership meetings.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $245,000 and $326,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
