Commercial HVAC Installer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team for commercial installation projects. This role involves hands-on work installing and maintaining air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration systems across a variety of job sites.

You will play a key role in the successful completion of large-scale mechanical projects, working alongside our experienced project managers, foremen, and technicians.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of HVAC/R systems in commercial facilities.
• Chilled water fan coils, water source heat pumps, roof top package units, boilers install experience a must.
• Install and set up compressors, evaporators, motors, ductwork, piping, and mechanical/electrical controls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to ensure proper installation per project specs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on system components including pumps, polyphase motors, bearings, and fans.
• Conduct shaft alignments and other precision mechanical tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems using appropriate measuring and testing instruments.
• Complete and maintain accurate job documentation and equipment records.
• Follow safety protocols, building codes, and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial experience preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and mechanical diagrams
• Familiarity with tools and diagnostic equipment used in HVAC installation and service
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and job site safety
• EPA Certification a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
