Your Role:
The Graduate Programme provides a unique opportunity for highly talented and motivated individuals to gain valuable experience and training in the multifaceted disciplines of Process and Technology, Engineering, Production, Quality, and EHS. During the programme, graduates will experience three, eight-month rotational assignments, while receiving exposure to the company's core businesses, processes, technologies, and leaders.
Applicants for the Cork Graduate Programme may also be considered for our International Operations Leadership Development Programme (OLDP), a 3-year programme, consisting of four, nine-month rotational assignments including, where applicable, an international assignment.
We are seeking self-driven, ambitious individuals eager to develop their careers in the Life Science Industry.
- The Graduate programme aims to:
- • Provide broad exposure to core business functions including Process and Technology, Production, Engineering, Quality and Safety.
- • Provide opportunities to apply academic knowledge to real-work challenges through structured project and problem-solving initiatives.
- • Develop both technical expertise and leadership capability to support career progression.
- • Provide experience to operate within a highly regulated environment, with a focus on quality, health & safety standards.

- • Enhance your personal development by engaging in volunteering and social responsibility initiatives to support the wider community.
- • Actively manage your Continuing Professional Development (CPD), working towards chartered membership of IEI/IChemE where applicable.
Who you are:
• Currently undertaking a third level Degree / Masters in either Engineering, Science, or EHS graduating with a minimum qualification of 2:1 honours.
• Capable of working in a high-performing, team-based organization.
• Self-motivated and driven to use your own initiative.
• An innovative thinker with critical reasoning skills.
• Strong effective communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
