Job Description
Join the team at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort and step into a leadership role in one of Australia’s most stunning alpine destinations. Lead our dedicated housekeeping team and deliver excellence every day.
About The Role
As Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the housekeeping department. You’ll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our accommodation, public areas, and facilities, all while leading, training, and motivating your team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing daily housekeeping operations and team performance
- Ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet brand standards
- Managing rosters, stock control, and linen operations
- Training and developing your team to deliver outstanding service
- Supporting workplace health, safety, and sustainability initiatives
- Approved Sponsor: Minor Hotels Australasia Limited (previously known as Oaks Hotels & Resorts Limited)
- Annual salary: $75,000-80,000 (excluding superannuation)
- Expected hours: 38 per week
- Location: Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort, 1650 Alpine Way, Crackenback NSW 2627
