• *Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and motivate a team of baristas, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.- Ensure the highest standards of product quality, presentation, and customer service are consistently met and exceeded.- Assist the store manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.- Train and develop baristas to deliver legendary customer service, product knowledge, and beverage preparation techniques.- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, resolving issues to ensure a delightful Starbucks experience.- Uphold Starbucks' brand values and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• *Qualifications:**- Previous supervisory experience in the food service, retail, or hospitality industry is preferred.- Passion for coffee and an appreciation for the Starbucks brand and culture.- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with both customers and team members.- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
