CYE is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Team Lead to join our global Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of BDRs who generate qualified opportunities in the North American and EMEA markets. At CYE, we practice Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and align closely with Sales to deliver meaningful engagement with enterprise accounts. As the BDR Team Lead, you will report directly to the CMO and play a key role in shaping the future of our pipeline generation efforts, working tightly and very closely with the Head of Growth and the regional Account Executives. This is a player-coach role: you’ll be expected not only to lead, but also to contribute personally by prospecting, engaging with target accounts, and opening doors for our enterprise sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a growing team of BDRs to consistently achieve and exceed pipeline targets.
- Drive measurable pipeline impact through optimized outbound and inbound processes.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing BDRs while fostering a high-energy, collaborative culture.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging, target accounts, and go-to-market strategies.
- Personally prospect into strategic accounts, run discovery conversations, and set high-quality meetings.
- Track, analyze, and report on team performance metrics using Salesforce and related tools, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide insights from the field to inform campaign design, product positioning, and GTM initiatives.
- Champion ABM practices to maximize engagement with our highest-priority accounts.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven success in SDR/BDR roles within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology companies.
- 1–2 years of leadership or mentorship experience (formal team lead or senior role with coaching responsibilities).
- Track record of consistent overachievement against pipeline or meeting-generation goals.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire trust, confidence, and motivation in others.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing KPIs, funnels, and conversion metrics to optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Passionate about delivering excellence in a fast-paced, ambitious growth environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot Sales Pro, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Lusha) – a strong plus.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity – a significant advantage.
- AI savvy – an advantage.
- English at a native or very high professional level – a must.
- Additional languages (French, German, Spanish) – a plus.
