We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to uncover opportunities with the world’s most complex, high-value organisations and open doors to strategic conversations that fuel our global growth.
About the RoleAs an Enterprise BDR at Plexus, you'll be the tip of the spear for our commercial engine. You’ll identify and engage enterprise-level prospects, spark high-impact conversations with senior legal and business leaders, and generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
You’ll own your outbound strategy, craft targeted outreach, and deliver 20+ high-quality meetings each month. You’ll collaborate closely with our Account Executives and Commercial leadership, and be relentless in converting cold prospects into warm opportunities. Your ability to communicate Plexus' value to C-suite buyers will be pivotal to our continued market expansion.
Your BackgroundYou’re an experienced, high-performing BDR ready for your next challenge. Here’s what sets you apart:- 1–2 years’ success in a BDR/SDR role, ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech.- Confident engaging C-level stakeholders and navigating complex buying environments.- Proven track record hitting or exceeding meeting and conversion targets.- Skilled in outbound prospecting using tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.- Highly organised, self-motivated, and outcome-focused.- Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment where quality and volume go hand-in-hand.- You bring energy, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership to everything you do.
