The RoleAs Data Analyst working on Veeva OpenData, you will be instrumental in building a high-qualitydata product. You will be identifying and analyzing data quality issues, integrating data sources andimproving processes. By taking full ownership of the work, you will become a subject matter expertand a key member of a high performing team.

What You’Ll Do

• Identify and analyze data quality issues
• Build quality checks, validation rules and other processes to ensure data quality
• Develop and build ad hoc data transformations to clean data and fix quality issues
• Analyze, clean and onboard new data sources
• Work with product managers to understand data quality requirements, data sources and maintenance requirements
• Coordinate with other Data Analysts on common processes, best practices, as well as peer reviews

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail, a meticulous approach, especially when working with data
• 3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills including a good understanding of relational database schemas
• Able to document work with precision and clarity
• Good written and verbal communications skills in English

Nice To Have

• Prior experience with customer reference data for the life sciences industry
• Experience with relational database administration
