Mdm Team:
The Master Data Management (MDM) team plays a critical role in analyzing and improving the quality of customer, product, and asset data. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and experience working with complex datasets to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.

A Senior Business Systems Analyst is a highly skilled and experienced position within the field of information technology. This role involves mentoring and guiding junior team members, managing business systems projects and initiatives, and participating in strategic systems planning. The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading and managing complex business systems projects and initiatives, including the design and implementation of business systems and processes.
- Keeping abreast of new systems trends and technologies, and providing recommendations for their implementation.
- Collaborating with other teams within the organization to ensure systems best practices are being followed.
- Participating in strategic systems planning, and providing subject matter expertise to the organization.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members, and providing subject matter expertise on systems projects and initiatives.
- Representing the organization in external systems events and activities, and building relationships with other industry experts.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in business analytics and enterprise systems, with proven experience in leading and managing complex initiatives. They bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, thrive in collaborative environments, and demonstrate leadership through mentorship and subject matter expertise.
Qualifications And Experience:
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data integration within large enterprise systems.
- Proficient in Integration and Data (REST, Open API, SQL), including data profiling.
- Skilled in requirements elicitation (e.g., workshops, interviews) and documentation.
- Flexible and effective at collaborating across regions, particularly with US-based teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts such as entities, hierarchies, reference data, taxonomies, survivorship, and stewardship workflows.
- CRM and ERP experience (e.g., Accounts, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay basics).
- Exposure to tools like D&B Direct+ or Data Tiles.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
