• Requirements
• • 2–3 years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot
• • Strong understanding of OOPS concepts and RESTful API design
• • Experience with SQL databases, especially MySQL
• • Familiarity with basic cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• • Detail-oriented with end-to-end ownership mindset
• • Eagerness to learn financial systems and backend workflows
• • (Good to have) Prior experience in fintech or loan management systems
• Responsibilities
• • Build and maintain backend services and APIs for the full loan lifecycle
• • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams
• • Write clean, maintainable, and testable Java code using Spring Boot
• • Integrate backend systems with MySQL, internal tools, and external services
• • Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and team discussions
