The Team

The Commercial Partnerships team drives growth by owning the commercial performance of our partners and running the day‑to‑day partner relationship and governance. We collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk and Operations to hit revenue targets and ensure operational excellence. 

The Role

As Partner Growth Manager, you’ll help drive commercial outcomes for a portfolio of partners across the UKI & Europe. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll support partner meetings (MBRs/QBRs), help identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet key performance metrics and deliver an excellent partner and SMB experience.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Commercial performance support: Monitor origination, revenue and profitability across assigned partners, highlighting opportunities to improve unit economics (conversion, approval rates, time-to-fund, renewal mix) and assisting senior managers with recommendations
  • Partner relationship management: Act as a main day-to-day contact for partners; help run Monthly Business Reviews and operational meetings; track KPIs, SLAs and service levels, escalating issues for timely resolution.
  • Account planning & forecasting: Contribute to partner account plans and quarterly targets; maintain accurate reporting and forecasts in collaboration with Analytics/Finance.
  • Growth initiatives & go-to-market: Assist in identifying and delivering initiatives to expand adoption and performance (e.g., funnel optimisations, renewal programmes, pricing tests); work with Partner Marketing on campaigns and content.
  • Product & delivery alignment: Gather and communicate partner needs to Product/Tech teams; help coordinate readiness for new launches or changes.
  • Data & insights: Maintain dashboards and regular reports; analyse performance trends and suggest actions to improve outcomes.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk and Operations to remove blockers and keep programmes on track.

What we think you’ll need 

  • Experience in embedded finance, payments, ISVs, or similar partner-driven environments.
  • Background in partnership management or commercial roles within fintech, financial services, or SMB-focused sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Solid commercial awareness and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Experience collaborating across functions to deliver against KPIs and service levels.
