Job Description

Key Performance Indicators

• Adherence to Ethics & Compliance policies
• Timely and accurate reporting of medical activities
• Achievement of annual medical affairs targets
• Quality and relevance of medical insights shared
• Effectiveness of cross-functional collaboration
• Compliance in material review and approval
• Risk mitigation and internal control execution
• Responsiveness to safety and technical complaints

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Medicine is must (Medical Doctors).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in clinical research, drug development, and medical affairs.
• Expertise in Oncology is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, medical information, and compliance standards.
