Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global product strategy and roadmap development in partnership with business product owners
• Drive technology-enabled transformation programs and co-own business outcomes
• Maximize product line value through lifecycle ownership and continuous improvement
• Shape long-term technology strategy aligned with business goals and customer experience
• Partner across DDIT functions to deliver high-quality services and seamless engagement
• - Manage program, project, and product delivery with accountability for business value
• Influence investment decisions and ensure risk ownership across operations and transformation

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong ability to influence without direct authority across global teams
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale digital solutions in a multinational environment
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry operations and strategic planning
• Expertise in leveraging technology to drive business transformation and customer value
• Skilled in financial modeling, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement

You’Ll Receive:
