Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment? We’re looking for a Home-Based Accounting Specialist to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will handle core accounting responsibilities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, royalty reporting, and financial support tasks. If you’re proactive, dependable, and eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
 

Required Core Competencies

• Accounting Expertise: Solid background in core accounting principles and reporting practices.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Professional Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle shifting priorities and support a variety of financial tasks.
• Self-Management: Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
• Enter all supplier invoices into Syncore and/or QuickBooks.
• Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts.
• Generate client invoices upon order completion.
• Conduct routine collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices and statements.
• Manage royalty entry and submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements.

What You Will Do

• Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions.
• Perform general clerical support and resolve accounting issues as assigned.
• Complete other ad hoc finance tasks as directed by the Executive Team.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Schedule: Must be able to work U.S. CST hours (graveyard shift in PH time).
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general Office Suite proficiency (Word, Outlook).
• Comfortable learning and using new accounting systems and platforms. 
• Salary Range: PHP 27,000 – 35,000
• Industry: Hospitality
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
• Internet stipends upon regularization
