Adobe AI Agentic Lead

Job Description:

The Adobe AI Agentic Lead drives innovation in marketing operations through agentic AI solutions, leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related tools to streamline omnichannel campaign delivery across industries.

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable AEP solutions, focusing on data ingestion, transformation, and omnichannel experience delivery. It emphasizes autonomous innovation, technical optimization, and measurable business impact. You will report to the CDP Delivery Lead. This is a remote role.

Employees within 90 min of our NY, MI, or IL offices may expect 1 day a week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery

• Architect end-to-end AEP solutions, including RT-CDP, AJO, and CJA, covering data ingress/egress, security, privacy, and adaptive infrastructure.
• Identify and pursue emerging solution opportunities through independent research and client analysis.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and present solution options with tradeoffs.
• Validate and test solutions with minimal oversight.
• Deliver hands-on implementation from development to production.

Technical Leadership & Agentic Innovation

• Develop scalable data workflows and automation.
• Design self-optimizing systems responsive to data and business changes.
• Troubleshoot ingestion and distribution performance issues.
• Implement autonomous monitoring and alerting systems.
• Integrate AI/ML to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prototype emerging technologies and maintain post-deployment systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Align technical solutions with business and marketing requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and product teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate design feedback and iterative refinement.
• Implement self-improving delivery methodologies.
• Establish feedback loops and success metrics for continuous refinement.
• Prioritize and execute concurrent initiatives while maintaining quality.
• 5+ years in technical/business consulting with autonomous project leadership.
• 3+ years hands-on AEP experience (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA).

Agentic Process Optimization

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing.
• 1+ year leading AI/agentic pilots with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Adobe certifications (AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, or Target).
• Proficiency in data collection, CDPs, identity graphs.
• Agile delivery, SQL, Python, scripting.
• Data modeling, segmentation, ETL, API/batch processing.
• Experience with XDM, Mix-Ins, Swagger.

Technical Skills

• ML pipelines, predictive modeling, real-time decision engines.
• Autonomous monitoring, observability, and self-healing systems.

Agentic Capabilities

• Strategic foresight in anticipating client and market needs.
• Independent execution from concept to delivery.
• Rapid skill acquisition and adaptive learning.
• Systems thinking across business and technical domains.
• Proactive communication and expectation management.

The annual salary range for this position is ($113,000-$182,850). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
