Field Operation Trainee - Service

岗位职责和关键任务：
1.    负责通过优质的服务，并通过定期、 积极主动，和精确的现场沟通 (维保计划、 维保作业执行、招修等等）使客户满意并维持良好关系
2.    负责准确汇报工作情况 ，以确保客户服务被准确记录，并在每次访问后告知客户设备的安全和状况，如果出现偏差，应根据当地流程向客户提出纠正措施
3.    负责终端用户、工地和工作环境及自身的安全，根据维保指引和安全指引来开展维修和保养操作
4.    负责执行例行维保服务；解决和关闭招修，就万一停梯和困人或出现安全问题作出反应
5.    确定备件的需求、 向主管提出备件需求或给主管提供销售线索。
6.    负责保持服务工具的安全、 维护和状况良好及文书档案的齐全
7.    负责准确和及时汇报工作完成情况
8.    完成主管交代的其他工作（如配合年检、整改等）

10.    须参加公司安排的培训，不断提升维保技能
11.    需要对主管指定人员进行培训和指导
岗位要求：
1.    0-3年社会工作经验，（不考虑在校学生）
2.    本科学历（全日制本科）
3.    具备良好的沟通能力
4.    英语四级
