The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Information Technology Process Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the team in Dallas, TX.

Come join Boeing’s highly dynamic Infrastructure Technology Operations (ITO) Subsidiary team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering a range of Information Technology (IT) Compliance services across various IT infrastructure platforms to our customers. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that these services not only meet the specific business expectations of our clients but also align with the strategic direction established by the Enterprise Infrastructure Technology Operations team, including input from customers, managers, and leaders. By effectively bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, the candidate will contribute to the overall success of our IT compliance initiatives, fostering strong relationships and driving innovation in our service offerings.

Position Responsibilities:

• Defines, deploys, evaluates and supports common computing standards, IT processes, tools and process/performance metrics
• Participates in defining plans to support common standards and processes Identifies qualitative and quantitative improvement measures
• Advises on the selection of key parameters and standards to monitor progress
• Provides education and promotes use of Boeing IT common processes, methodologies, products and services
• Guides processes development for software development and maintenance
• Participates in the review and evaluation of new technology for impact on process improvement strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of experience with major cloud providers (AWS and Azure Preferred)
• 1+ years of experience working with Virtualized Systems (i.e. VMWare) design and implementation
• 1+ years of experience with security considerations and compliance standards
• 1+ years of experience with GitLab, Azure DevOps and CI/CD Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with various DevOps tools Gitlab, Jenkins, Containers, etc.
• Experience with various Automation tools Cheff, and Pupet
• Experience with Microsoft Federated Identity Management
• Experience with continuous integration deployments
• Experience with VMware 5.x and/or virtual server deployments
• Experience with Amazon AWS services and/or Microsoft Azure

Summary pay range: Associate (Level 2) $75,650 – $102,350

Summary pay range: Mid-Level (Level 3) $93,500 – $126,500
