As a logistics Data & Insights Analyst, you are the driving force behind data-driven decision-making within our DCs. You support management with insights, reports, and analyses that enhance our operational efficiency and service orientation.

HOW DO YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE?

What Will You Do:

• Develop and maintain operational reports and KPIs
• Plan DC capacity (short- and mid-term)
• Coordinate cross-DC projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support workforce planning and training across all European DCs
• Harmonize fulfilment processes and services across brands and locations
• Collaborate with Digital Technology (PkMS) and other business partners
• Support major fulfilment system initiatives (e.g. SAP)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and process standards

How Will You Do This:

• Use data analytics to generate actionable insights for management
• Set up reporting tools to monitor performance and workload
• Facilitate collaboration between teams and brands to align processes
• Identify and implement tools to streamline fulfilment operations
• Provide training and support to team leads and managers
• Act as a liaison between operations and technology teams
• Track progress and follow up on improvement actions

Skills For Succes

• You have at least a bachelor's degree
• You have experience in distribution & logistics, preferably with training responsibilities
• You are comfortable working in a matrix organization
• You are communicatively strong
• You have strong analytical and numerical skills
• You express yourself fluently in English, other European language are a plus
