The Opportunity:

Epilogue Greeter / Librarian (Part-Time)

Who We Look For:

Epilogue Speakeasy is seeking a charismatic and theatrical Greeter/Performer/Host to assume the role of a Librarian, welcoming guests into our unique establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for performance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. As our Librarian, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.   

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel immediately at ease.  
  • Assume the character of a Librarian, enhancing the speakeasy's theme and ambiance through engaging and theatrical interactions.  
  • Manage reservations and guest lists, coordinating with the team to ensure smooth seating and service.  
  • Provide guests with an overview of the speakeasy's concept, history, and menu offerings.  
  • Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations to enhance their experience.  
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance and reception area.  
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.  
  • A passion for creating memorable experiences and providing exceptional service.  
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.  
  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.  
  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. 

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and the ability to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
