About The Role

The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for Marketing Strategic Planning, Consultant who is the cornerstone of data driven decision making for Brand & Marketing team and responsible for consolidating data, tracking performance and delivering actionable insights to optimize brand campaigns and marketing strategies.
Roles And Responsibilities:
1. Actionable insights for optimization
- Conduct various journey mapping exercise to translate data insights into strategic recommendations for the Creative Planner and Brand campaign management, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum impact
- Collaborate with Marketing Business Partners and agency sales teams to ensure alignment with segmentation strategies and activation effectively with GTM strategies
2. Strategic planning support with brand loyalty and brand experience
- - Support Head of Brand & MKT in developing long-term brand strategies by providing data-backed insights and forecasts
- - Identify emerging market trends, customer behaviors, and agent needs to inform future campaign planning and marketing initiatives
- - Define success metrics for various campaigns across brand & marketing initiatives
- - Collaborate with Martech specialist to enhance data collection and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- 3. Brand Metrics analysis: - Analyze brand metrics to assess and uplift brand equity.- Monitor and report on brand performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in brand perception and value- Aggregate and consolidate marketing data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports for AIA Group and local stakeholders- Develop standardized reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators such as NPS, brand power, customer engagements, and agent productivity- Ensure timely and accurate submission of performance reports to AIA group, aligning with group level reporting requirements and timelines
- 4. Performance tracking & analysis
- - Monitor the performance of brand campaigns and marketing initiatives across all channels, analyzing data from both agent and customer perspectives.
- - Identify trends, patterns, and gaps in performance to provide actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness and marketing strategies.
- - Leverage tools to measure ROI, assess campaign impact.
5. Stakeholder collaboration & communication
- - Partner with internal teams in brand & MKT to gather data and share insights that drive strategic decisions.
- - Present data driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment with business priorities
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, data analytics or a related field.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience on marketing strategy, branding marketing, digital marketing.- Business acumen in life insurance industry.- Knowledge and experience of integrated communications and advertisement, activation, channel marketing and operational structure of agency, project management, ownership, responsibility.- Ability to generate new initiatives and innovative approaches; ability to influence various stakeholders.- Proficiency in data analytics tools- Strong understanding of MKT KPIs and performance metrics.- Excellent presentation and communication skills for stakeholder reporting.- Analytical and strategic thinker with a focus on actionable outcome.- Collaborative influencer, adept at working with diverse stakeholders.- Detail-oriented and capable of managing complex reporting demands.
