Manager, Development & Strategic Connectivity

The Role and What You’ll Do: 

• Support the Chairman as a strategic operator—helping prioritize initiatives, align stakeholders, and translate high-level vision into actionable plans.
• Help Chairman liaise between PMG, WME Group affiliates, and TKO companies—driving communication, collaboration, and visibility across verticals.
• Conduct research on emerging industry trends to evaluate new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Assist in M&A evaluations and strategic investments.
• Act as a unifying force across teams—keeping Chairman up to speed on top line company happenings from the various departments, labels and leaders.
• Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives on behalf of Chairman.

You Have These:

• Strong understanding of the media, entertainment, and digital content landscape, with a particular fluency in the intersection of creative and commercial strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership (e.g., C-suite, Chairman/President level) and managing sensitive, high-impact initiatives.
• Familiarity with IP development, pitch positioning, and/or content packaging is a strong plus.
• 5 + years development, project management and executive support.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$67,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
