Job Description

As a central assistant (with a workload of 70-100%) of Group Marketing & Communications, you will support the department in specialist projects and be responsible for administrative and coordination tasks.

In addition, you will be responsible for various tasks and projects:

• Management support for the Head Group Marketing & Communications and other executives as well as project managers in organizational and administrative activities (including appointment and agenda management, travel planning)
• Creation and revision of presentations for Group Marketing & Communications
• Planning, coordination and follow-up of meetings and internal events
• Support in marketing and communication projects
• Support in the preparation and maintenance of the marketing budget

Requirements

• Completed commercial or comparable training
• Professional experience in comparable functions, ideally in the banking environment
• Very good knowledge of common Office applications (Word, Excel and especially PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, other languages are an advantage
• Initial experience in marketing and communications is an advantage
• Organizational talent with a precise working style
• Proactive and reliable
• Communicative, positive and team-oriented personality
