• Take ownership of improving the customer experience in the store 
• Meet or exceed sales, expense and productivity targets 
• Provide a positive work environment that supports outstanding customer service 
• Drive change and adapt to new tools and technology to optimize the business 
• Develop salespeople, assistants and department managers to become promotable outside the store and/or the region 
• Collaborate with merchant teams to achieve results 
• You own this if you have… 
• For Nordstrom Stores Roles: Prior experience as a Rack Store Manager is required for this role
• For Nordstrom Rack Roles: Prior experience as a Nordstrom Store Selling Department Manager is required for this role
• Experience in progressively larger management assignments, including but not limited to merchandising and store management roles 

• Bachelor'S Degree (Preferred)

• A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales, expense and productivity targets 
• Success at identifying, developing and retaining quality talent 
• Experience in developing and executing business strategies 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range Details

• Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$87,000.00 - $144,000.00 AnnualThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
