Job Purpose

Develop and document New Business, underwriting guidelines, processes and operational requirements for new products across all distributions. Identify opportunities for improvement underwriting performance. Involve in department / company projects as Underwriting SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business requirements, Underwriting requirements and collaborate with Product teams, IT teams, Project teams, and regulator (OIC) to integrate deployment Dynamic applications, Reflexive health questions from the beginning to the end process at the point of sale.
• Proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation capabilities in UME of Next Gen Project.
• Collaborate with Compliance team, legal team and regulator to implement standard occupations, AML risk and others company risk to align with company goals.
• Analize, identify, and expand the current underwriting guidelines and processes for improvement with efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute in Product development and implement to create underwriting rules and guidelines for distributing new products across all channels to be consistent with the company goals.
• Identify, investigate and resolve issues or incident for supporting Underwriting and productions.
• Staying abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in the underwriting benchmark.
