Client Documentation Service carries the client of Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A. during all stages of the client life cycle. The offering includes Advisory Offices in Luxembourg, Ireland, Spain and Italy.

Your Challenge

  • Administrate account opening for individual end legal entities
  • Process changes in the client life cycle and capture deficiencies
  • Request missing documents and information to the front
  • Administrate special condition and e-banking access
  • Assessment of documentation for new account
  • Cooperate with relevant stakeholders (Business Management, Compliance, Legal, Operations) to continuously streamline and improve processes and procedures

Your Profile

  • Academic or banking background and/or first professional experience required (minimum of 2 years) in a similar area
  • Experience with Core Banking system T24 (web) and TripleA+ is an advantage
  • Very organized, structured and accurate way of working
  • Committed, responsible and resilient personality
  • Client oriented attitude and capability to work under pressure without losing focus
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness 
  • Fluent spoken and written English. Any other languages are an advantage
