The Enterprise AI (EAI) team at Analog Devices has a mission to make AI a core driver of ADI’s growth by transforming internal engineering knowledge and customer data into intelligent, scalable tools that accelerate innovation, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experience. The EAI team operates as a Center of Excellence, building reusable AI frameworks and collaborating across business units, to scale AI adoption and drive measurable business impact.
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to develop and implement innovative AI applications, leveraging the latest Agentic AI technologies, to enhance the experience for external ADI Customers and facilitate the Engineering teams in ADI.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop AI Agents: Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI systems using leading agentic frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Integrate AI Solutions: Integrate AI agents into internal Enterprise systems and external customer-facing platforms .
- Customize Off-the-Shelf Models: Adapt pre-trained generative AI models to meet specific use cases, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Data Integration: Handle large datasets to enable AI agents to process customer interaction data and semiconductor design data effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with sales, marketing, engineering and technical support teams to align AI agent functionality with business and customer needs, and communicate solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Leadership: Foster engineering culture, guide/mentor/support other engineers, conduct code & system reviews, propose best practices.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of advancements in generative AI agent frameworks, semiconductor technologies, and customer engagement tools to enhance agent capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of full-time industry experience in ML/AI. At least 3+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Proven real-world experience in developing AI-driven systems, using Generative AI and Agentic AI techniques, with frameworks like Llamaindex or Langchain.
- Proven ability to deploy AI solutions in enterprise-level production environments.
- Experience with vector stores and advanced techniques for data ingestion, chunking and retrieval.
- Strong Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) , Kubernetes, and CI/CD for AI applications.
- Experience with performance optimization and evaluation of agentic systems.
- Knowledge of security and ethical AI best practices in AI systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with training, fine-tuning of models on domain specific data, and experience with AI frameworks like PyTorch.
- Some familiarity with semiconductor design workflows and EDA tools is a nice to have.
- Publications or contributions to AI research in the field of GenAI, Agents, or related areas.
